Soni Management provides integrated operations, building maintenance and facility management services at the Smritivan Earthquake Memorial and Museum, managing the facility since its inauguration across approximately 11,500 sq. m. Our scope covers the end-to-end management of the museum and its visitor experiences, including ticketing, museum operations, light and musical shows, parking and parking marshals, guides and ushers, souvenir shops, food courts, restaurants and visitor services.
With a dedicated 62-member team, Soni Management ensures the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the entire facility, coordinating multiple visitor-facing and operational functions under a unified management framework. Since commencement, the project has demonstrated consistently strong operational performance, with a focus on service quality, visitor experience and uninterrupted facility operations.
